With Dr. Carithers enjoying his start to retirement, we thought this would be a nice time to share with you some exciting changes we have for the future of our practice. We look forward to carrying on Dr. Carithers’ legacy of excellence in care, compassion and culture in our practice.
We want to let you know what is happening now, and provide for you an overview of the continuum of care that you’ve grown accustomed to at Carithers & Koch Facial Plastic Surgery and the Carithers & Koch Rejuvenation Spa.
First, we invite you to experience relaxation and rejuvenation through unparalleled service and skill at the Rejuvenation Spa. Did you know The Rejuvenation Spa is located in the upper level of our plastic surgery office in the old Firehouse No. 12 in Des Moines?
In the coming months, the Rejuvenation Spa will change names to The Spa at the Firehouse, and will become the second location to The Spa at West Glen located in the West Glen Town Center on Mills Civic Parkway. Dr. Koch is the owner and medical director of both of these medical spas.
Secondly, our practice will change names in September. We are proud to announce that Koch Facial Plastic Surgery will have a new look in our patient materials, on our website and the printed materials that you will see and receive from our office. However, you can expect the continuum of care that you deserve and have always received from our office to be unchanged. Our goal is to make each patient feel like family from the time you schedule an appointment on the phone, through your consultation and beyond the treatment process.
As we progress through this exciting time, we ask you to sign-up for email updates and special promos, available only to those in our email database. This is an efficient and timely way to communicate, and to share special savings with our family of customers.
